Carmen Says: "I LOVE MY LIFE!!! My goal is to live life to the fullest in every way... to truly live, love and really absorb the ups & downs of life, be happy, pursue my dreams, trust my intuition and grow spiritually & mentally every day. I love to laugh, eat and smoke great cigars... I am really enjoying and loving every minute of growing as an artist. 2007 has been a great growing & learning year for me! I was in the U.S. Army active duty, joined at the age of 17 years old, from Puerto Rico. I'm a DOUBLE SCORPIO ;) ... So I'm full of Passion & Determination, amongst other things - I will get rid of negativity in my life in a heartbeat.

THINGS I LOVE: Live music, especially acoustics/jazz. I LOVE the sound of an ACOUSTIC GUITAR playing & a beautiful Aria. Enjoying food of all countries & cheeses... YUM! Wine tasting. Eating. Great cigars. Traveling. International Politics. Eating. Long scenic drives. Love great films. Outdoors/nature, especially hiking & picnics. Great food. Eating. Music, music, music. Dancing "salsa" (gotta do more of it) & dancing in general.... & did I mention Eating?

She has made great strides with her acting career since earning a Best Supporting Actress award for her portrayal in Soldiers Don’t Cry (by the Valley Theatre League Artistic Director Achievement (ADA) Awards), which was also nominated for a NAACP Award. She was recently seen in Illegal Tender, on Everybody Hates Chris and will be also guest-starring on The Shield in the upcoming last season. In 2008, she will be seen in feature films The Platform, He’s Just Not That Into You (Drew Barrymore) and Irene In Time. At 17 years old, she went on to serve the U.S. Army active duty. Shortly after being discharged, she entered the acting world. She has also guest starred in shows such as FX’s Nip/Tuck and Showtime’s Barbershop, has recurred on General Hospital and has taken the leap to writing, singing and songwriting while maintaining longevity on the acting side.
