About Danielle

Who would have guessed that Danielle Dutro had a "secret" life? Certainly her grade school classmates, who witnessed her crying before making a simple speech, would never have expected her to end up as a musical performer! Yet, Danielle has always loved music, listening to everything from Broadway to Pink Floyd. On her seventh birthday, Danielle even sent a birthday party invitation to Paula Abdul! Sadly, Paula couldn't make the party but she sent an autographed picture, which still hangs in Danielle's bedroom. And Danielle still has all of Paula's hit albums for the celebration on cassette tape. Danielle was hooked! Singing and dancing to those tapes every day in her room was her favorite "secret" pastime.

Yearning for a larger stage than her shower, Danielle joined the school choir in high school. As Danielle found her voice, she began to conquer her stage fright. In four short years, she realized that music is her life. Danielle now studies classical voice performance at college. She enjoys performing in concerts and musicals, and has even started writing and performing her own music.

Danielle is loving every minute of experimenting with different sounds, venues, and styles while developing her vocal abilities. She is always open to trying new things and relishes every opportunity to perform. She plans to continue singing and dancing her way through life, no longer as a "secret" pastime, but with transparent passion.
