About Joanna Joanna was born in Missouri, but was raised in Houston, TX, where she grew up and fell in love with the arts. She blossomed into a very loving and creative young woman, and found herself actively participating in her school’s theatre. Her versatile spirit also led her to write as well as direct three plays and one short film while fulfilling other duties such as Sound Head and other behind-the-scenes roles. Another example of her chameleon-like image, she was an avid participant in her school’s colorguard. As she sought new ways to manifest her passions, Joanna decided to try her hand at acting and modeling. She was first trained in Commercial Print and Commercial Acting at Page Parkes in Houston and discovered a new way to express herself. Since then, Joanna has enjoyed acting and modeling profusely and intends to make a career for herself in the entertainment industry, whether it be in front of the camera or behind it. She is a very determined person and will not stop until all of her dreams are fulfilled. Her passion has brought her this far and she has nothing but optimism for what the future will hold.
