About Samantha

Samantha Cole grew up in Southampton, New York, started singing lessons at age 12, and has been singing, acting, and modeling since. She appeared on 30 episodes of MTV's "the grind. Samantha did her first album (released under Universal Records) in 1997, on which she worked with world wide hit producers, David Foster, Nile Rodgers, Richard Marx, and Rhett Lawrence, and on which she co-wrote eight songs. Since then, she has toured America with a top 40 song called "Happy With You," and South Asia, where she had a number-one song entitled "Without U." ("Without U" currently was rerecorded by Clay Aiken and Kimberly Locke ("American Idols").

Samantha appeared on the "Dark Angel" television show soundtrack (2002), and also on the hit song which was released as a single with Shaggy "Luv me Luv me" off the multiplatinum album "Hotshot" in 2001-2002. Since then, she has been acting as well, and appeared in an episode of "Sex in the City," "Death of a Dynasty" (a film directed by Damon Dash, and on the the Entertainment Channel's hit reality show "Single in Hamptons," which aired last summer. Samantha has also appeared in FHM Magazine's July 2005 issue, as well as many others. Currently, she is working on a new album and material with a new label in Europe.
