About
Shaune Born on November 18th, 1973 in Houston, Texas, Shaune was drawn to performing arts at a young age. She was quite adept at ballet and was involved in drama as well. During a talk being given by a modeling agent in high school, Shaune (only 13 years old) was singled out and asked to meet with the speaker after class. With a high IQ, and an interest in the biological sciences, Shaune initially considered a career in medicine, but was drawn to a career in modeling. Traveling the world as a new teenage model, Shaune worked in Japan and Australia before starring in commercials for Blue Belle Ice Cream in the United States. She moved on to swimwear, which led executives at Miller Lite to hire her as their new spokesmodel. Shaune passed on smaller modeling contracts in order to concentrate on an acting career. She was cast in Paul Sorvino's "Vasectomy: A Delicate Matter" before becoming a recurring character on "Extreme Gong," a program on the Game Show Network. Along with George Clooney and Adam Sandler, she appeared in the film "Triple Threat" and then continued with small parts in "October 22," "The Sex Monster." and "The Contract." Discovering that television offered more substantial parts on high-profile shows, Shaune ventured to the small screen. She starred in "Rough Crossing," a critically-acclaimed drama that lacked big time exposure. She then had a recurring role on "Days of Our Lives," the famous daytime soap opera. Shaune has appeared in print in People Magazine, FHM and In Style, and is frequently featured on the program Single in L.A. (on the Women's Entertainment Network).
