About Brandy Before Brandy fulfilled her destiny of becoming an actress, she was quite an outstanding athlete. From the age of five through high school, Brandy was especially passionate about soccer. She was the only freshman on the Varsity team, and she was team captain as a junior. In addition to soccer, Brandy enjoyed volleyball, basketball, track, flag football and triathlons. Sports, however, were not enough to satisfy her urge to become a Hollywood star. She had to move on. When she came of age, Brandy moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in Hollywood. Now settled in the City of Angels, Brandy continued with her athletic pursuits, ultimately discovering the world of weight training. She began competing in fitness contests in 1996. With the attention she received, Brandy knew she had found her ticket to the world of modeling. With her good looks, natural athleticism and outgoing personality, Brandy quickly attracted media attention. She was quickly hired to model on the covers of numerous magazines, including Oxygen, Ironman, Musclemag and Muscle and Fitness to name a few. But Brandy's appeal extends beyond editorial. Big-name corporations clamored for her face and physique, landing her ad campaigns with the likes of Avia, Hanes, Coors Light, and KMC Wheels. Most recently, Muscletech has retained her as an athlete and spokes-model for their multi-million dollar advertising campaign. With only a few years of print work and acting classes finally led to the stuff of dreams: a spot on television. Brandy worked for two years on the X Show doing comedy skits, cooking segments, fashion shows and spot reporting. Also of note, Brandy guest starred on the popular show Boy Meets World and was a guest on the Late Show. Eager, intelligent and funny, Brandy makes the perfect television personality, and knows she will make it to the top. After all, it is her destiny. |
