About
Nikki
Nikki
was born and raised in a small town in Ohio. She was always very serious
about academics, and attended a school for gifted children where she focused
on arts and academics. She spent the summer in Greece when she was 10
years old with her younger brother and cousin.
Nikki decided to live
life to the fullest. She got involved in track, cheerleading, student
council, French club, Junior Engineers of Texas Society, and the Business
Professionals of America. She took honors/advanced placement classes so
that she could get college credit in high school. At age fifteen, she
started working in addition to focusing on school and extracurricular
activities, then ended up changing schools seven times between three different
states, Texas, Ohio and Nevada. This taught her the importance of self-discipline,
determination, and hard work. She moved out on her own by her senior year
of high school in Houston, Texas, and started training for fitness competitions
that year. That year she was able to audition for the NFL Houston Oilers
Cheerleading Squad during senior year. She made the squad and became their
youngest member. That was the 1995 season, which turned out to be their
last season before moving to Nashville.
Nikki moved back to
Ohio in 1996 where she attended University. She had a daughter in 1997,
which completely changed her life focus. Self disciplined, Nikki worked
hard at her studies and received Dean's List and National Dean's List
recognition. Also Nikki discovered that fitness competition was a perfect
avenue for her. She competed in the Fitness America Regional in 1999 where
she placed 4th and qualified for Nationals. In 2000, her son was born.
Nikki was listed in
Who's Who in America's Colleges & Universities and graduated in 2001
with a degree in Marketing. A few months after Nikki's son was born, she
was featured as the month of May in the Women Who Really Rock Calendar.
She traveled to Florida and New York with her kids to do some MTV and
VH1 shows. She competed in the Venus Model Search regional in 2001 where
she came in 1st. She also competed in the Hawaiian Tropic Model Search
regional in 2001 where she placed 2nd.
She decided that it
would be much easier to focus on her dreams by in California. She moved
to California in October. This is where she plans to pursue a career in
acting, modeling, and fitness competition. She wants people to know that
it is possible to achieve anything as long as you put your mind and heart
to it. Nikki will be actively involved in charities to help as many needy
people as possible. She will also be writing an autobiography in the near
future. Plan to hear a lot from Nikki in the future! Her motto is: if
you can't dream it, you can't achieve it! With an attitude like Nikki's
we expect that it won't be long before Nikki shines among the California
stars.
